Once we have received your fiat, your mint request will be processed and AUDM will be minted into your nominated wallet within the settlement you chose.

Transfer your tokens to the required smart-contract address (our programmatic settlement engine verifies receipt and authenticity).

Once we have received your AUDM, it will be burned and you will be Redeemed your AUD. Funds are sent via NPP for fast settlement.

Every AUDM redemption burns the corresponding tokens, maintaining 1:1 backing in segregated reserve trust accounts.

To ensure same-day processing, all Mint and Redeem requests must be submitted within our standard operating window of 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (AEST/AEDT) on Business Days.

  • Requests received within window: Processed on the same Business Day.
  • Requests received after 4:30 PM: Will be deemed received and processed on the following Business Day.
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Any requests submitted on a non-business day will be processed on the next available Business Day.

AUDM is a fully backed Australian-dollar stablecoin issued under AFSL and NCP permissions. Every token is backed 1:1 by AUD held in safeguarded accounts with regulated custodians.

Any approved Macropod customer who completes full KYC/AML onboarding. We serve individuals, businesses, platforms, and institutions operating within a regulated framework.

Minting is generally completed within minutes once your AUD transfer is received via NPP/OSKO. Larger transfers via traditional rails may take longer depending on your bank.

Is AUDM and the stablecoin issuer regulated?

Yes, ASIC considers Australian-dollar-denominated, non-yield bearing stablecoins such as AUDM to be a 'non-cash payment facility'.  We have been granted an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL: 566313), including authorisation to issue non-cash payment facilities and we operate in alignment with Australian financial laws and AML-CTF obligations.

What’s the minimum to mint or redeem AUDM?

There is no minimum redemption.
Current minimum mint request is 10,000 AUDM.

Where is the reserve held?

AUD reserves are held in trust with a major Australian bank. Funds are not commingled with company funds or rehypothecated.

Can I use AUDM across different blockchains?

Currently available on Ethereum and RedBelly. Multi-chain deployment is coming.
